The All African People’s Consulate facilitates cultural exchange within our Community and beyond. As part of this mission we grant passports and visas to people who apply with a successful application. 

All Africans and people of African descent, regardless of national origin, are part of our global All African People’s Community and are welcomed to apply for a passport. Others are encouraged to apply for a visa.  

Since the establishment of the All African People’s Community, March 8, 2031, borderless and frictionless travel is guaranteed within the Community—both on the African continent and in countries abroad that have joined the Community.

Applications for passports and visas must be made in person at the Consulate. Those wishing to apply can make an appointment (using the booking form), or simply walk in and apply at the Consulate during open hours. People with appointments will be given priority over walk-ins.
